Dum ka Kheema or Keema is a mince meat dish generally of lamb of goat, but other meats can be used instead. Mince is mixed with a melange of exotic spices and cooked in a thick bottomed pan or in an oven. The dish is generally had with Indian breads, but don't hesitate to get creative by using it in a shepherd's pie or a regular pie to give that extra punch to these humble dishes!
