One of those Indian dishes that needs no introduction. A snack or kebab of succulent pieces of chicken coated with tandoori spices and generally cooked in a charcoal tandoor (an Indian clay oven) giving it the distinct smokiness. The immense popularity of the dish has led to it being cooked in many ways - in the oven, deep fried, or even a grill or a barbeque!
